Research Ethics Regulation

The research conducted within the framework of the postgraduate program aims to promote scientific knowledge, which, through its utilization, contributes to the well-being of society as a whole. Scientific research is both a social good and the subject of a fundamental right for those conducting it. As a social good, it advances human knowledge and innovation, thus contributing to improving the quality of individual and collective life. This dimension is inseparably linked to the freedom of researchers, without which such research would not be possible.
At the International Hellenic University, there is a UNIVERSITY RESEARCH CENTER. By a decision of the Senate, the Internal Regulations of the research center are issued, which regulate “issues of research ethics and morality.”
This regulation is also adopted by the MSc program “Web Intelligence”. In general, the research conducted within the framework of the MSc program follows the internal regulations issued by the International University of Greece, which govern and regulate these matters.
